We do not want our direct deposit with our current bank because i’m honestly tired of their bull sht. I’m so frustrated. The bank will not admit that they are at fault for fkcing up our account. I know it is their fault to. I’m not going into detail with that because it will be along story. We have an auto loan through them but no where in the agreement states that we have to have a direct deposit into that account. My husband talked to his NCO and said that if they refuse to let you change the direct deposit then go on base and talk to someone their and take it to law. They are not accomidating and I am fed up with them.
I tried getting our car refinanced through another bank (Navy Fed.) and I have heard such great things. So many people got loans through them, even when they didn’t have the best credit. My friends got a ,000 loan from them and they don’t have the best credit either and yet they still received the loan. As for us, it was denied and I know it is from the stupid bank that we have the loan with currently (Pacific Marine) Anyway, had to rant a little and vent. But I am soo frustrated with this bank! I want to be done with them because every week we seem to always have a problem with them and they are just causing us stress and headaches. Like I am getting depressed dealing with them.
So, My husband is in the Marines and his NCO had told him that if they don’t allow you to change the direct deposit take it to law since it is not stated in the contract. Is this true and should we?
And is there any curcumstances that we can get out of this bank?
I’m seriously just getting depressed and tired of dealing with their bull sht.
